During this trial period, you'll have access to all of our awesome features and get a feel for whether or not ClearProfile Pro is the right fit for you.
Don't worry about inputting your payment information - we won't charge you during the trial. If you decide to continue using ClearProfile Pro after the trial, we'll process your payment.
And no worries if you decide it's not for you, just make sure to cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is the ClearProfile Pro refund policy?
We're excited to offer you a 14-day free trial of ClearProfile Pro to try out all of our features and see if it's the right fit for you.
When the trial period ends, the subscription will be renewed automatically.
If you decide to remain subscribed and you change your mind later, you can cancel your subscription within the first 30 days, and we'll give you a refund for the remaining days you didn't use.
For example, if you have used ClearProfile Pro for ten days and have purchased a monthly subscription, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 20 days of your subscription.
Can I upgrade or change my subscription at any time?
You have the flexibility to switch between our monthly and annual plans at any time. If you're interested in getting the best value, we recommend subscribing to our annual plan, which comes with a substantial discount.
If you are currently on a monthly plan and choose to upgrade to the annual plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately.
However, if you are currently on an annual plan and decide to switch to a monthly plan, the switch will take effect at the end of your current annual term, so you can still enjoy all the benefits of your annual plan until it expires. This way you can test the monthly plan before committing fully.

When you cancel, just keep in mind that your subscription will be immediately deactivated and you will no longer have access to our top-notch service. Additionally, you will not be billed again, whether it be on a monthly or annual basis, and no further charges will be applied to your account.
If you change your mind and would like to reactivate your subscription in the future, you can always do so.

Additionally, we do not charge any additional fees such as hosting fees, inactivity fees, image hosting fees, payment processing fees or any other kind of fees that may come across as potentially extra charged on the platform.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your ClearProfile Pro subscription, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your ClearProfile account
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and choose "My ClearProfile Pro."
3. Navigate to Billing, and click the "Cancel Subscription" link
Once you do that, you won't be billed anymore. And if you change your mind, you can always resume your subscription. But don't say we didn't warn you!
