At ClearProfile, we value the integrity of our brand and the relationships we build with our partners. Therefore, we have established the following guidelines for affiliates participating in our Ambassador Program. Please reach out to your affiliate manager if you have any questions or concerns.
2. Prohibited Traffic Sources and Tactics
We prohibit the use of any deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious tactics to drive traffic to ClearProfile. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spamming, phishing, or any other form of unsolicited communication
- Pop-up or pop-under ads
- Incentivized traffic
- Adult content or any content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Coupon or deal sites that display outdated or invalid offers
- Paid search campaigns containing ClearProfile trademarks or any misspellings or variations of our brand name
- Misleading or false claims about ClearProfile's products or services
If we detect any of these tactics, we reserve the right to terminate the cooperation with the affiliate and reject all open transactions.
3. Allowed Traffic Sources
The following traffic sources are allowed for promoting ClearProfile:
- Content websites and blogs
- Social media influencers
- Native ads on platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, FreakOut, Revcontent, and others
- Display ads such as banners, interstitial, rich media, and video ads
- Facebook and Instagram ads
- Google Display Network
- Email traffic, subject to our approval and compliance with all FTC and GDPR guidelines. We prohibit the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups, and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once.
Please note that even if a traffic source is listed above, it does not automatically confirm approval for your campaign. Please reach out to your affiliate manager beforehand for approval.
4. Creatives Guidelines
When creating your ad copies and other promotional materials, please keep in mind the following guidelines:
- Maintain high-quality and relevant creatives and copywriting
- Avoid controversial or offensive content
- Do not use misleading or exaggerated claims
- Do not use poor grammar or excessive punctuation
- Do not use spam-like "must," "have to," or "need" call-to-action language
- Do not use false or misleading claims
If you need assistance in creating custom content such as banners or landing pages, please let us know, and we will provide suggestions.
5. Unfair Methods
We prohibit the use of any unfair methods to promote ClearProfile. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Blind navigation tools that encourage accidental clicks
- Content disruption by ads
- Websites that collect user information without their consent
- Websites that automatically download spyware, malware, or other software applications
- Websites that interfere with a user's control of the site
- Using various funnels URL that redirect users to landing pages that do not match the approved landing page or are not in compliance with our guidelines
If we detect any of these methods, we reserve the right to terminate the cooperation with the affiliate and reject all open transactions.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Affiliates participating in the ClearProfile Ambassador Program must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the FTC's Endorsement Guidelines and GDPR regulations.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of the cooperation with the affiliate and the rejection of all open transactions. We reserve the right to update these guidelines at any time, and it is the responsibility of the affiliate to remain up-to-date with any changes.
